If you are anything like me, sometimes you want to go a little bit beyond the store bought cards and add a personal touch. When I was a little kid I loved exchanging This project allows you to do just that no matter your skill level.
How to Make Easy Cricut Valentine’s Day Cards For Kids
For this project you will only need your Cricut Explore Air 2 and access to Cricut Design Space. When in Design space you can find the project by searching Valentine coloring cards and you should find this. You will need the following supplies:
Just follow the instructions after you load the cardstock on the mat. The project will walk you through everything you need to do in order to complete the Valentine.
I suggest letting your child write their name and their classmate’s name on the card before you add the crayon.
Once they are done, gently fold up the crayon holders and slide crayons into place. For the colored backing, you will need to cut the cardstock bigger than the card and remove all the images. Like I have done below.
To do this, detach everything and delete it. The card is 5×7, so you can cut yours to how much color you want to show in the background. To do this go into your edit and change width and keep it locked so the height can automatically adjust. Adjust the width to the size you like.
There you have it, these cute cards are ready for your little one to take to school. Do you have any special Valentine’s you like to make?
