My CrabPot Tree is Up

A CrabPot Tree is bright and beautiful christmas decoration to add indoors/or outdoors. When I saw the advertisements for the CrabPot Christmas Trees I was super excited to give them a try. I wanted to put the tree outside our home to brighten our yard. The company sent me a 3 foot tree to review at no cost and give my honest opinion.

The CrabPot tree arrived in a triangular shaped box. One of the huge selling points is that the tree folds flat for storage. Since we are still moving into our home and finding a place for everything, having decoration that will be easy to store away was appealing to me.

The set-up was extremely easy. The tree came with ties all around and I simply untied it and unfolded the tree and stood it up. To my surprise it had a cord. It was my oversight because I thought it would be solar powered. Unfortunately I don’t have outlets outside, therefore I can’t put it outdoors. Below is a picture of the tree unboxed and set-up in my living room.
I obviously couldn’t leave it there because we were planning to place a larger real Christmas tree there for our gifts.

I really liked it and wanted to display it . After much thinking, I decided to allow my daughter to move it in her bedroom. We found some decorations and she got to work, spicing it up a bit. I think she did an awesome job and the tree looks adorable in her room. The pictures don’t show the decorations as much as I’d like, but she is pleased and I’m sure it will be her tree for years to come.
